I. Return Eligibility
- Time Limits: Standard-sized products/accessories – within 15 days of receipt; jewelry/headwear – within 7 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: Unused, unwashed, unaltered with intact labels/accessories. No returns for worn, altered, or label-missing items.
- Special Items: Dance shoes are non-returnable if soles are soiled or labels removed.
- Non-Returnable Products: Custom-sized clothing, designated in-stock items, and exchanged products (final sale).
- Refund Scope: Covers product price + applicable taxes; shipping/expedited fees are non-refundable.
II. Return Application Process
- Submit Request: Email service@moderndancedress.com with order number, product name, return reason, and photos (for quality issues).
- Time Limit: Apply within 15 days of receiving the product; late requests are rejected.
- Packaging: Ensure product, accessories, and outer packaging are intact. Customer assumes responsibility for damages from improper packaging.
- Return Address: Provided by customer service within 48 hours (do not ship to the original delivery address).
III. Return Instructions
- Prior Approval: Returns without approval will be rejected; customer bears logistics risks/costs.
- Return Labels: No free labels for non-quality-related returns.
- Quality Issues: Report within 15 days with documents for full refund (including shipping/taxes). Late claims not guaranteed full refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Customer pays for personal reason returns; company covers costs for defective/incorrect products.
IV. Refund & Exchange Rules
- Refund Processing: 5-7 working days after warehouse scan; funds arrive in 1 extra week (original payment method).
- Exchanges: Return original product first; new item ships after approval (shipping costs per Chapter III, Article 4).
V. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of 3+ standard-sized items (single/cumulative), deducted from the refund.
VI. Company Reserved Rights
The company may restrict/reject returns for: irregular/frequent returns (stockpiling suspicion), non-compliant product conditions, fraud/criminal activity, or bulk multi-size orders followed by concentrated returns.

Matters not covered in this policy shall be explained by Moderndancedress Company. The company reserves the right to revise this policy in accordance with business development needs.
